Return & Cancellation Policy


Return Policy

Once a customer has received their rental vehicle they can return the car early for a partial refund with a 24 hour notice, and may also be subject to an increase in the rental daily rate. Example:

Jim books the Corvette(normally $500 per day but Jim gets 10% Off for his 5 day discount) for 5 days at $450 per day(($450 x 5 days) + $125 Service Fee = $2,375 total). he picks the Corvette up and drives it for 2 days then lets us know he needs to return the car as soon as possible and returns the car that same day(day 2). He is still charged for the 3rd day of rental($450) and is no longer eligible for his 5 day 10% OFF discount($50 per day). This brings his cost to $500 per day for 3 days, plus his non refundable Service Fee. His new total is $1,625, meaning he is refunded $750.

Restrictions

We have the right to refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated or under the influence of any substance, hung over or in an unsafe manner to drive. No refunds only a credit for another day will be offered.

Cancellation Policy

Our Service Fee is non-Refundable, all other rental charges are eligible for a full refund 48 hours prior to the start of your rental. A 50% Refund can be applied when 24 hour notice is given, No refund will be issued within 24 hours prior to rental, only credit for a future rental. Exceptions can be made under special circumstances, including COVID-19 related delays.

Refunds typically take 5-7 Business days to process, and depending on the method of payment, or banking system you use it can take longer to process.
